Pregnancy (Prenatal)

Who We Help

Prenatal Chiropractic Care

The Webster Technique
Gentle care to help you feel better during pregnancy — and support your body as it changes.

Pregnancy changes everything: your posture, your center of gravity, your hips, your sleep, and how your body moves day to day. That’s why so many moms deal with back pain, hip pain, pelvic pressure, and feeling “out of alignment.”

Many expectant mothers seek prenatal chiropractic support to help reduce tension, improve comfort, and support healthier nervous system function throughout pregnancy.

We offer a calm, gentle approach designed for pregnancy — with zero twisting and no aggressive cracking.

Gentle Pregnancy Care Designed Around You

Why moms come in during pregnancy

Prenatal chiropractic is a great fit if you’re dealing with:

And sometimes… you just want to be proactive and feel your best.

Webster Technique

The pregnancy-safe approach

We’re trained in the Webster Technique, a pregnancy-focused chiropractic approach that works to reduce tension and imbalance in the pelvis and surrounding muscles.

Webster is not a “baby turning” technique. It’s about supporting pelvic balance and comfort, which can help create a better environment for baby to move and settle naturally.

Our training matters

We’ve pursued additional training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) so your child’s care is gentle, specific, and appropriate for their age.

Benefits moms often notice

Every pregnancy is different, but many moms tell us they notice:

Pregnancy-related stress on the spine and pelvis may affect nervous system function, which is why many women explore gentle upper cervical nervous system care as part of their wellness routine.

We won’t promise specific outcomes — but we will give you a thoughtful plan and gentle care.

Postnatal care

Care for after your pregnancy

It’s important to not skip your postnatal care. After birth, your body is still adapting — plus you’re feeding, carrying, rocking, and living in weird positions for hours.

Postnatal care can help with:

If you’re feeling “wrecked” after delivery, you’re not alone. We can help you take the next step.

Pregnancy is only the beginning of the journey, which is why many families transition from prenatal care into family-centered chiropractic care focused on supporting infants and children as they grow.

Common questions

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

We use gentle, pregnancy-appropriate techniques. We’ll also tailor everything to your stage of pregnancy and comfort.

Do you twist or crack my spine?

No twisting and no aggressive cracking.

Can this help baby positioning / prevent C-section?

We don’t promise or guarantee outcomes like that. What we can do is support pelvic balance and reduce tension patterns that may affect comfort and movement.

When should I start prenatal chiropractic?

Many moms start in the first or second trimester, but it’s never “too late” to get support. Call us and we’ll help you decide what makes sense.
