Birth is a big deal (for baby and mom). Even in a “smooth” delivery, a newborn can experience stress on their tiny neck and body. Then come growth spurts, falls, car seats, tummy time, sports, backpacks, and screens.
If your child seems uncomfortable, tense, or “just not themselves,” a gentle check can help you understand what’s going on. At Sound Corrections, we focus on gentle pediatric chiropractic care to help support balance, comfort, and healthy development throughout childhood.
Newborn care is different (and very gentle)
Let’s be clear: this is not adult chiropractic.
Newborn and child adjustments use a light, specific touch—often no more pressure than you’d use to check a ripe tomato. There’s no twisting and no aggressive cracking.
Most babies stay relaxed during care. Some even fall asleep.
Why parents bring in newborns and kids
